GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

1. Promote the use of innovative teaching methods, where knowledge is gained through student-based activities (hands-on experience), rather than via lectures and teacher-oriented class work, in a positive learning environment that encourages students to participate and ask questions

Respond to the needs of the 21^st century workplace by providing students with intensive training in information literacy skills such as independent/cooperative learning, information seeking, critical thinking (information evaluation), creative thinking (knowledge generation), decision making, and problem solving

3. Ensure that students are able to secure and retain employment in the 21^st century workplace by helping them develop strong oral and written communication skills in English

4. Integrate the humanities, foreign languages, math, science, and sports/fitness into our business programs for a unique approach to business education that will help students develop both the hard skills and soft skills required for career growth in the 21^st century

5. Provide students with the opportunity to acquire self-confidence, self-motivation, time and workload management strategies, work ethics, personal accountability, as well as teamwork and leadership skills through complex, real-world projects

6. Develop and sustain partnerships with leading universities worldwide and organize work/study programs abroad, where our students can acquire business experience in a multicultural environment and receive accredited degrees

7. Enhance initiative, innovation, cross-cultural understanding, and global market awareness in students by offering them valuable mentorship from successful professionals and entrepreneurs

8. Engender an appreciation of personal, cultural, and social identity by means of inspiring conferences and seminars given by prominent guest speakers

9. Deliver a variety of online university courses and accredited continuing education programs to enable busy professionals to advance their careers

10. Create a dynamic Student Center where students can engage in all types of social, cultural, and sports activities
